Role Description The Video Streamer internship is a hybrid role based in Mumbai, with a mix of in office and work-from-home responsibilities. Interns will plan, record, and host live or pre-recorded video streams for platforms such as YouTube and social media channels, aligned with the agency’s marketing campaigns and brand guidelines.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas, setting up basic video and audio equipment, engaging with viewers during streams, and integrating brand messages and calls-to-action into content. The role also involves assisting with video editing,



optimizing titles, thumbnails, and descriptions for discoverability, and tracking basic performance metrics to improve future streams. Interns will learn best practices in digital content creation and may participate in cross-functional projects with design and social media teams.

**Qualifications

YouTube Video & Monetization Expert – Responsibilities**

- Video Production skills, including basic camera, audio, and lighting setup for live and recorded streaming content.
- Video Editing skills using common editing tools to refine streamed content, add overlays, and adjust audio and visuals.
- Marketing and YouTube skills, including understanding of audience engagement, channel growth strategies, and platform best practices.
- Strong Communication skills for on-camera presentation, audience interaction, and collaboration with internal teams.
- Interest in digital marketing, content creation, and social media; prior streaming or content creator experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Mumbai, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Pursuing or completed education in media, communications, marketing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
