Role Description The Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Patna Area.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing video content for events, promotional campaigns, social media, and brand-led projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s creative direction and client requirements. Daily tasks include assembling raw footage, trimming and sequencing clips, adding transitions, titles, effects, and sound,



and collaborating with the creative and event management teams to produce engaging visual narratives. The role also involves color grading, basic motion graphics, and graphic integration to enhance the overall quality and impact of video deliverables.

The Video

Editor will manage file organization, maintain project timelines, and support live event video requirements as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling end-to-end video projects.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and visually appealing outputs.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and branding.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard video editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, sound synchronization, and composition.
- Attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced event environment.
- Positive communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with creative, marketing, and event teams on-site.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is preferred; a strong portfolio of previous work is essential.
