Role Description The Video Editor role at Realty Smartz Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing raw video footage into polished, engaging content for marketing, property listings, social media, and brand storytelling. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements, organizing and trimming clips, adding transitions, sound, and visual effects, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role also involves creating short-form and long-form videos, optimizing content for various digital platforms,



and maintaining a high standard of visual quality.

The Video

Editor will participate in brainstorming sessions, provide creative input on video concepts, and manage video assets and backup files.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for creating professional, client-facing content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual tone across all videos.
- Ability to design and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand visibility.
- Experience with industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Understanding of social media and digital marketing trends, especially for real estate and property promotion.
- Valuable sense of visual composition, pacing, and audio synchronization, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in office in Gurugram, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualification in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in real estate, advertising, or promotional video content is an advantage.
