Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Raipur.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage into polished videos suited for social media, advertising campaigns, and brand communication. Day-to-day tasks include editing video clips, adding transitions, syncing audio, integrating motion graphics and text overlays, and performing basic to advanced color correction. The role involves collaborating closely with the creative and social media teams to understand brand guidelines, adapt content for different platforms, and meet project deadlines.

Editor will also organize media assets, maintain file management, and contribute creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including handling raw footage, timelines, and export formats.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading and basic Color Correction to achieve consistent, brand-aligned visual styles.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging intros, lower-thirds, titles, and social media visuals.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is beneficial.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and refine content accordingly.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
