About the Role

We’re looking for a creative Video Editor who can turn our interior design projects, behind-the-scenes moments, site visits and everyday work into engaging visual stories.

This role is not just about editing videos. We want someone who understands visual storytelling, interiors, aesthetics and social media, and knows how to make a space, a process or an idea feel interesting on screen.

What You’ll Do

- Edit Instagram Reels, LinkedIn videos, project videos and brand content .
- Turn raw footage from sites, factories, offices, installations and completed projects into compelling stories.
- Create before/after edits, walkthroughs, process videos, BTS content and trend-based Reels.
- Work closely with the design, marketing and content teams to understand the story behind each project.
- Select the right footage, music, transitions, pacing and visual treatment for each platform.
- Add typography, motion graphics, sound effects, colour correction and other finishing elements where required.
- Keep up with Instagram/LinkedIn trends, editing styles, hooks and formats relevant to premium brands.
- Maintain consistency with the MWM Spaces visual identity across all video content.
- Organise and manage raw footage and edited assets efficiently.
- Occasionally shoot content at project sites, the office or manufacturing facility when required.

What We’re Looking For




- 1–3 years of professional video-editing experience , preferably with a creative, design, architecture, interiors, lifestyle or luxury brand.
- Strong command of Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve and After Effects .
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and LinkedIn video content .
- Strong sense of composition, pacing, music and visual aesthetics .
- Ability to turn ordinary footage into something visually engaging.
- Good understanding of colour grading, sound design, typography and motion .
- Attention to detail — especially when working with premium interiors and project visuals.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- AI/video editing tools experience is a plus.
