Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Solan.

The Video

Editor will work closely with the creative and production teams to edit cinematic videos, social media content, brand films, and documentaries aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines. Daily responsibilities include organizing raw footage, selecting key shots, assembling timelines, applying transitions and effects, and refining audio for clarity and impact. The role involves color grading to achieve consistent visual style,



integrating motion graphics and titles, and preparing multiple versions of content optimized for various platforms.

The Video

Editor will collaborate on concept development, ensure timely delivery of projects, maintain organized media libraries, and support continuous improvement of the studio’s visual standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including handling raw footage, timelines, and narrative structure.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to create consistent, cinematic looks and enhance visual storytelling.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics for titles, lower-thirds, animations, and visual enhancements.
- Experience with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic audio editing tools.
- Understanding of social media and digital platforms, aspect ratios, and export settings for YouTube, Instagram, and other channels.
- Strong attention to detail, visual sense, and ability to work under deadlines in a collaborative studio environment.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating past work is required.
- Willingness to work on-site in Solan and occasionally support on-location shoots or production activities as needed.
