Role Description The Video Editor role at Doorbell & Co. is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune Division. In this role, the Video Editor will assemble and edit raw footage, apply color corrections, enhance audio, and create finished videos aligned with project briefs and brand guidelines.

The Video

Editor will collaborate closely with producers, videographers, and designers to interpret storyboards, maintain visual consistency, and meet deadlines. Daily tasks include organizing media assets, cutting and refining sequences, integrating motion graphics and titles, exporting content in required formats, and maintaining an efficient post-production workflow.



The role may also involve contributing creative ideas to improve storytelling, pacing, and overall viewer engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing to handle end-to-end post-production tasks.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance the look and feel of footage.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, lower thirds, transitions, and visual elements.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
- Solid visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and a good sense of pacing, composition, and sound synchronization.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a collaborative team environment.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in a similar role or portfolio of work is highly valued.
