Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in the Mohali district.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, organizing project files, and editing video content for films, web series, music videos, and digital campaigns. Daily tasks include cutting and refining clips, adding transitions and effects, syncing audio, and collaborating with directors, producers, and designers to achieve the intended visual narrative. The role also involves color grading, basic motion graphics integration, and preparing final outputs in various formats for distribution across digital platforms.

Editor will be expected to manage deadlines,



maintain quality standards, and contribute creative ideas to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling end-to-end editing workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with the ability to maintain visual consistency and enhance the look and feel of content.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics for titles, lower thirds, and easy animations.
- Graphics skills for basic visual design, asset creation, and working with still images within video projects.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar tools).
- Strong storytelling sense, attention to detail, and the ability to follow creative briefs while contributing original ideas.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with production and creative teams on-site.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to feedback in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is preferred, along with a portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work.
