Role Description The Video Editor role at Akshayakalpa Organic is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves editing and assembling raw video footage into engaging content that communicates the brand’s sustainability, farmer-first values, and product stories across digital platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and managing video assets, performing color grading, adding motion graphics and basic graphic elements, and ensuring high-quality sound and visual consistency.

Editor will collaborate with marketing, content,



and design teams to plan video concepts, maintain brand guidelines, and deliver videos on schedule for campaigns, social media, and internal communications. The role also includes optimizing content for different formats and platforms, while continuously refining the visual style based on feedback and performance insights.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling end-to-end post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual aesthetics aligned with brand guidelines.
- Ability to create and incorporate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
- Experience with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
- Good understanding of social media and digital content formats (YouTube, Instagram, reels, short-form and long-form video).
- Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to work with creative briefs and brand style guides.
- Effective collaboration skills and the ability to work in office with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, communications, or a related field; a portfolio demonstrating video editing and motion work is required.
