About the Role

As a Video Content Designer, you will create engaging visual content that communicates cybersecurity topics, product capabilities, industry developments, and security-awareness messages to technical and non-technical audiences.

The ideal candidate should combine creativity, video-production skills, and a basic understanding of cybersecurity. You should be interested in staying informed about emerging cyber threats and translating technical information into simple, accurate, and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create product videos, explainers, promotional content, social-media reels, and cybersecurity-awareness videos.
- Research current cyber threats, vulnerabilities, attacks, AI developments, and technology trends.
- Translate technical topics into simple and engaging visual stories.
- Develop scripts, storyboards, visual concepts, motion graphics, and basic animations.
- Edit product demonstrations, screen recordings, interviews, webinars, and social-media content.
- Create content aligned with DarkRange.ai’s products, features, use cases, and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure content accuracy.
- Maintain brand consistency across all published content.
- Manage multiple content projects and meet agreed deadlines.




- Review content performance and improve future content based on feedback and engagement.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in video editing, content design, motion graphics, or a related creative role.
- Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, scripting, and storyboarding skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
- Experience with motion graphics, basic animation, sound editing, typography, pacing, and transitions.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and online safety.
- Ability and interest in researching cybersecurity, AI, and technology topics.
- Ability to simplify technical information for different audiences.
- Experience creating content for cybersecurity, SaaS, AI, IT, technology, or B2B companies is preferred.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Degree in Design, Media, Communication, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline—or equivalent practical experience.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating video-editing and visual-storytelling skills is mandatory.

Candidates are not required to be cybersecurity experts. However, they must have sufficient cybersecurity awareness and research ability to understand threats, attacks, and DarkRange.ai’s product capabilities and communicate them accurately.
