Location: Coimbatore Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Vice President – Business & Operations to lead and manage our night-shift business operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing large-scale operations, driving business growth, achieving revenue targets, and leading teams of 100+ employees. The candidate will be responsible for taking complete ownership of the night-shift operations, business performance, client relationships, team management, and achievement of strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead and manage the complete night-shift business and operations.

 Drive business growth, revenue generation, profitability, and operational excellence.

 Manage and scale operations involving 100+ employees/seats.

 Develop and execute business strategies aligned with organizational goals.

 Own and achieve revenue, productivity, profitability, and operational targets.

 Build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams across business and operations functions.

 Manage key client relationships, escalations, negotiations, and service delivery.

 Identify current business opportunities and support client acquisition and expansion.

 Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve performance.

 Work closely with senior management to develop and execute growth plans.





 Ensure smooth functioning of the night shift with minimal operational escalations.

 Build a strong leadership team capable of independently managing day-to-day operations.

 Take ownership of business performance and provide regular MIS and management reports.

Candidate Profile

 15+ years of experience in Business Management, Operations, BPO/ITES, IT Services, or related industries.

 Proven experience managing 100+ seater / large-scale operations.

 Strong exposure to business development, revenue growth, operations, and P&L; management.

 Demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive business and operational targets.

 Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

 Strong client and stakeholder management experience.

 Highly goal-oriented, commercially driven, and result-focused.

 Candidates from any domain/industry may be considered if they have strong business and operations leadership experience.

 Candidates who have an existing leadership/team network or the capability to build a team will be preferred.
