Student Management- Handle student behavior, attendance records, and disciplinary issues. Staff Support: Assist with teacher evaluations, scheduling, and onboarding new staff. Operations: Oversee daily school logistics, safety drills, and extracurricular programs. Communication: Act as a main contact point for parents, guardians, and community members. Leadership: Step in for the principal when needed and help plan school goals.
vice-principal Qualifications - A bachelor's degree plus a master's degree in education, educational leadership, or administration.
Experience- Several years of successful classroom teaching or school counseling. Licensure: A valid teaching license and a state-issued school administrator or principal credential. Skills: Robust communication, problem-solving, and organization abilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
