Postition - Vice President Business Development

Segment – Premium Luxury Brand -FMCG

Location - Chandigarh (TriCity), India

We are seeking an operational and growth-focused Vice President- Business Development to lead the market launch and rapid scaling of an innovative consumer brand specializing in premium products for perishable goods and cosmetic product range.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong FMCG background with proven experience scaling brands primarily through E-commerce and Quick Commerce (q-commerce), balanced with strategic placement in specialized high-end offline stores for brand experience and presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital-First & Q-Commerce Growth: Lead the primary commercial strategy centered on high-converting Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) e-commerce, major marketplace platforms, and rapid-delivery quick-commerce channels.
2. Select Retail Presence: Establish key account relationships with high-end boutiques, luxury department stores, and specialized retailers to create curated offline showcase touchpoints.
3. Assembling & Supply Chain Oversight: Manage complex supply chain operations involving multi-category kitting (food-grade confectionery paired with lifestyle cosmetics), ensuring strict quality control, fresh inventory management,



and fast-fulfillment readiness.
4. P&L; & Strategic Scale: Own full P&L; accountability, driving unit economics, customer acquisition efficiency, customer lifetime value (LTV), and rapid revenue growth.
5. Vendor & Partner Ecosystem: Build and manage relationships with co-packers, luxury personal care, artisanal F&B; products developers, performance marketing agencies, and quick-commerce logisticians.

Required Qualifications
1. FMCG Leadership: 8+ years of progressive leadership in FMCG, luxury personal care, or premium food & beverage sectors.
2. Channel Mastery: Deep expertise in e-commerce performance drivers and quick-commerce platform operations, combined with experience in luxury or selective retail distribution.
3. Assembly & Logistics Experience: Direct experience overseeing product kitting, custom packaging execution, and fast-turnaround inventory assembly.
4. Commercial Drive: Track record of launching and scaling consumer brands in rapid-paced, competitive markets.
