- The Vice President/ Senior Director– Insights & Data is a senior leadership position responsible for end-to-end delivery management of complex programs, driving profitable growth and bringing customer value. As the Delivery Executive, this role combines strategic leadership, client relationship management, and operational excellence.

- Key Responsibilities include:
n
- Oversee large-scale programs (Build/AMS) and ensuring timely delivery across multiple geographies
n
- Delivery Executive SPOC for the client senior leadership and act as advisor to them to shape the program and future roadmap
n
- Expertise across program management, pre-sales/solutioning and stakeholder management
n
- Drive adoption of GenAI tools, accelerators and automation for delivery efficiency.
n
- Build and maintain C-level relationships; manage escalations and maintain financial/budgeting control
n




- Identify and lead to closure of all new business opportunities; collaborate with Sales and Practice Leadership to shape deals and accelerate growth of strategic offerings
n
- Lead and mentor delivery teams, architects, and engagement managers.
n
- Drive industrialization initiatives
n
- Plan the roadmap and build niche skill capabilities and foster innovation proactively for the program
n
- Define/enforce delivery governance; monitor KPIs and proactively manage risks
n
- Leverage AI, analytics, and automation to enhance delivery speed and quality.

- Expert at setting up current teams and scaling existing team
n
- Flexibility to travel and operate as per client needs
