About the Role:

We are looking for an organized and proactive professional to support vendor compliance, contract coordination, and Information Security & Data Privacy requirements.

You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure required assessments, documents, approvals, and contractual requirements are completed and closed on time.

What You’ll Do

- Coordinate vendor compliance and ISPRV activities from start to closure.
- Follow up with vendors for questionnaires, responses, comments, approvals, and document execution.
- Coordinate with Business, Procurement/SCM, Contract Management, Legal, Information Security, and Data Privacy teams.
- Track pending actions, case ageing, and closure status.
- Support contract clause checks, amendments, and addendums.
- Coordinate vendor exceptions, deviations, and required approvals.
- Maintain contracts, questionnaires, approvals, correspondence, and other compliance records.
- Keep trackers and reports updated and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure documents are properly maintained for audit and compliance purposes.

Mandatory Requirements




- 0–2 years of relevant experience in Vendor Management, Contract Management, Procurement/SCM, Compliance, or Operations.
- Prior experience with ISPRV / vendor Information Security & Data Privacy processes is required.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

Valuable to Have
- Basic understanding of Information Security, Data Privacy, or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
- Experience with contracts, addendums, or compliance documentation.
- Experience with SharePoint or document/workflow management systems.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹43,586.97 per month
