Job Role: Valve Overhauling Supervisor

Industry: Oil & Gas

Working hours: 10 hours per day and 6 days in a week

- Diploma qualification in Mechanical engineering discipline qualification. With minimum proven experience (7) years in Mechanical maintenance work valve repair experience is preferable.
- Supervise and coordinate valve overhauling, maintenance, testing, and repair activities.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved procedures, safety standards, and client requirements.
- Plan manpower, tools, materials, and equipment required for valve maintenance activities.
- Inspect valves before, during, and after overhauling to ensure quality workmanship.
- Review and verify maintenance records, test reports, and inspection documentation.
- Coordinate with QA/QC personnel for inspections and pressure testing.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and conduct toolbox talks.




- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.
- Excellent communication skills & Windows operating systems. Fluent in Spoken & written English.
- Perform preventive & corrective activities on different valve types to preserve its function like mechanical components inspection, repair, replacement & testing.
- Able to read and understand mechanical P&ID; drawings
- Ability to operate general maintenance equipment such as pneumatic & electrical tools.
- Initiative to develop & improve himself technically & keep his competency level as expected

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
