Job Summary The Laundry Valet is responsible for coordinating guest laundry services, ensuring timely collection and delivery of garments, and providing excellent guest service. The role focuses on guest interaction, accuracy in handling laundry requests, and smooth coordination with the laundry department.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect guest laundry and dry-cleaning requests from rooms or service areas
- Coordinate with the laundry department for proper processing of garments
- Ensure timely delivery of cleaned and pressed laundry to guest rooms
- Verify and maintain laundry lists and guest records accurately
- Communicate with guests regarding laundry timelines, requests, or special instructions
- Inspect garments during collection and delivery to ensure accuracy
- Provide professional and courteous service while interacting with guests
- Follow hotel service standards and confidentiality for guest belongings

Eligibility Criteria





- Education: Graduate (any discipline)

- Age: Below 25 years
- Location: Mumbai based candidates preferred
- Experience: 02 years in hospitality or guest service roles (Freshers can apply)
