About the opportunity

We are looking for a crypto industry professional who can take ownership of launching IRMA Token from the ground up ( https://irmatoken.ai/) , combining practical Web3 knowledge with strong execution and operational capabilities.

IRMA Token is being developed to reward affiliates who complete marketing tasks within the IRMA Engine ecosystem . It is intended for ecosystem payouts and utility, with no open-market launch planned . Digital Innovations Group (DIG), which owns the token, is expected to be its largest buyer under the proposed operating model.

This role requires someone who can translate the concept into a functioning, launch-ready operation—working closely with leadership, developers, affiliate teams, service providers and professional advisers.

Key responsibilities

1. Own the launch from planning through execution

- Assess the current project status and identify everything required to make the token operational.
- Create and maintain a launch roadmap covering technical development, token economics, affiliate onboarding, documentation, testing and operational readiness.
- Assign action owners, coordinate dependencies, follow up with stakeholders and resolve execution bottlenecks.
- Research, evaluate and coordinate relevant blockchain infrastructure, wallet solutions and external service providers.

2. Develop the token’s practical operating model

- Work with leadership to define token supply, allocation, distribution, treasury reserves and affiliate reward mechanisms.
- Translate DIG’s proposed purchasing role into documented funding, token procurement and payout workflows.
- Define how approved marketing tasks translate into token rewards, including calculation rules, payout frequency, thresholds and exceptions.
- Establish transparent rules for holding, using, transferring and redeeming tokens, where applicable to the approved model.
- Model payout costs, network fees,



treasury requirements and the sustainability of rewards as affiliate participation grows.

3. Coordinate technical implementation

- Work with blockchain and IRMA Engine developers on smart contracts, wallets, reward tracking, payout automation and platform integration.
- Translate business requirements into clear implementation specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate security reviews, smart contract audits where required, access controls and treasury approval processes.
- Personally conduct operational testing and coordinate user acceptance testing across the complete affiliate payout journey.
- Track defects, verify fixes and ensure launch-critical issues are resolved.

4. Establish affiliate payout operations

- Build the workflow from affiliate registration and task completion through verification, reward approval and token distribution.
- Coordinate controls for duplicate claims, fraudulent activity, failed transfers, incorrect wallet details and payout disputes.
- Prepare affiliate onboarding guides, wallet instructions, FAQs and support procedures.
- Organise a controlled pilot with selected affiliates, capture feedback and close operational gaps before wider rollout.
- Ensure affiliates understand how rewards are earned, received and used within the approved ecosystem.

5. Complete documentation and launch readiness

- Prepare the token utility document, operating procedures, responsibility matrix, launch checklist and stakeholder reporting.
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, tax and accounting advisers to obtain the reviews and requirements relevant to the operating model.
- Ensure approved terms,



disclosures and participation requirements are reflected in the product and affiliate communications.
- Maintain a consolidated readiness tracker covering outstanding decisions, approvals, risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate launch-day activities and monitor payouts, support issues and treasury movements after launch.

What we are looking for

- Approximately 3–7 years of relevant experience in crypto, Web3, blockchain products, token operations or digital asset platforms.
- Demonstrable involvement in at least one token launch or live blockchain product involving wallets, rewards, treasury operations or token distribution.
- Practical understanding of utility tokens, token economics, smart contracts, blockchain networks, wallets and transaction fees.
- Ability to work effectively with developers and evaluate technical proposals without necessarily being the primary smart contract developer.
- Strong project management, documentation, vendor coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to handle detailed groundwork, test workflows personally and follow issues through to closure.
- Ability to explain crypto concepts clearly to business stakeholders and affiliates.

Preferred experience

- Affiliate marketing, task-based rewards, loyalty platforms or ecosystem payment systems.
- Restricted-transfer or permissioned token models.
- Treasury reconciliation, payout dashboards and operational reporting.
- Launching products with distributed technical and business teams.

What success looks like A documented and tested token operating model, a functioning affiliate payout journey, completed launch requirements, a successful pilot and reliable post-launch operations.
