Role Description This is a full time, on-site User Experience Designer role based in Hyderabad.

The User Experience

Designer will work closely with product managers, engineers, and subject-matter experts to design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for AI-powered engineering tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, translating insights into user journeys and wireframes, creating interactive prototypes, and refining visual design elements for web and desktop applications. The role involves running usability tests, iterating designs based on feedback and data, and contributing to design systems and guidelines that ensure consistency across products.

The designer will also participate in cross-functional workshops,



document design decisions, and advocate for user experience best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Design Thinking and User Experience (UX), with the ability to translate complex engineering workflows into simple, intuitive user journeys.
- Experience in User Research, including planning studies, conducting interviews or usability tests, and synthesizing findings into actionable design recommendations.
- Proficiency in Prototyping and Visual Design, using modern design and prototyping tools to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts clearly through documentation and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience designing for technical or B2B products, preferably in engineering or AI-driven domains, is an advantage.
- Familiarity with design systems, accessibility principles, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Comfort working on-site in Hyderabad and engaging directly with stakeholders and users to validate and refine design solutions.
