About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to conduct outbound calls, generate leads, and sell our dropshipping/e-commerce service packages to entrepreneurs, online retailers, and small businesses across the U.S. In this role, you will identify potential clients, introduce our services, explain how our solutions help businesses scale without inventory or operational burdens, and close sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound phone calls to potential clients, including new e-commerce sellers, Amazon operators, freelancers, and small business owners.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, warm calling, referral outreach, and follow-ups.
- Present and sell our dropshipping/e-commerce service packages, including store setup,



product sourcing, automation, order fulfillment, and ongoing support.
- Understand customer needs to recommend the right service plan or dropshipping model.
- Maintain CRM records, track sales activity, and manage a lead pipeline.
- Schedule consultations or demos with senior sales staff when needed.
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for lead generation and sales.

Qualifications

- 2+ year of experience in sales, telemarketing, call center operations, or lead generation (preferred).
- Excellent phone communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to identify customer needs and match them to solutions.
