What we're looking for

- 2–6 years of US IT recruiting experience. Candidates with 7+ years need not apply, this role is scoped for this band only.
- Sourcing is the job. You should be building pipelines from scratch through LinkedIn Recruiter, database mining, referrals, and passive outreach.
- Strong Boolean and x-ray skills , with outreach that actually gets responses.
- Able to screen past keyword matching -understand the stack, probe architecture and real contribution,



and hold your own with engineers.
- Able to spot fake and inflated profiles
- AI-written resumes, fabricated project detail, retroactive capability inflation, proxy interview risk.

- Solid on US work authorization and engagement models: W2, C2C, 1099, H-1B and transfers, GC/EAD, TN.
- Should be Comfortable with US shift CST timings.
