Shift Timings: 6:00 PM IST – 3:00 AM IST (EST Shift)

We are looking for passionate and result-oriented US IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, identify, and recruit qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions across the US.
- Work on requirements received from Direct Clients, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners.
- Utilize job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases to source candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer management and onboarding processes.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure timely documentation.
- Meet daily, weekly,



and monthly recruitment targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with US IT market trends, technologies, and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing lifecycle and recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing techniques.
- Knowledge of various US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience working with Direct Clients or Implementation Partners is an added advantage.
- Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills.
