Job Summary SPADTEK Solutions is expanding its recruitment team! We re looking for motivated US IT Recruiters with 1 3 years of hands on experience in sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates for US IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Source & screen candidates for US IT roles

Understand client requirements & match suitable profiles

Conduct initial screenings & coordinate interviews

Manage postings across portals & social platforms

Maintain candidate databases & trackers

Ensure timely submission of qualified profiles

Required Skills 1 2 years of US IT recruitment experience

Solid communication & interpersonal skills

Familiarity with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn

Knowledge of IT technologies & job roles

Candidate screening, coordination & follow up skills

Preferred Skills Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)

Experience with ATS tools

Prior exposure to US based clients

Flexibility to work night shifts
