Shift: Fixed Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 Days a Week)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US Engineer Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have experience in hiring engineering professionals for the US market and a strong understanding of US recruitment processes, including W2 and C2C hiring . The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle while working closely with US clients and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, identify, and recruit engineering professionals for the US market using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical and communication skills.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified engineering candidates.
- Negotiate compensation, availability, and employment terms with candidates.




- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports in the ATS.
- Ensure timely submissions while meeting client requirements and recruitment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0-1 years of experience in US Engineer Recruitment.
- Experience working on W2 and C2C hiring .
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and Boolean Search.
- Strong understanding of US recruitment lifecycle and engineering roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience hiring Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial, or Software Engineers for US clients.
- Should have working experience with roles like Mechanical engineer, Electrical engineer, Aerospace engineer, Design engineer (CAD/CATIA/CREO/CFD) etc.
- Knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools.
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
