We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with US-based clients, and driving sales for IT staffing and technology services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities in the US IT market.
- Identify and connect with potential US-based clients and decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Understand client requirements and promote relevant IT services and solutions.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to fulfill client requirements.




- Follow up with clients and manage the complete sales cycle.
- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

- 1-4 years of experience in US IT Sales.
- Robust understanding of the US IT staffing and sales process.
- Experience working with US-based clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with lead generation and business development.
- Comfortable working in US/Night Shift timings.
