About the Opening:

HireAlpha is hiring across multiple recruiter positions - US Recruiter (Remote), IT Recruiter - SAP (On-site), and Technical Recruiter Intern (On-site) - to strengthen our Talent Acquisition team. Whether you're an experienced US staffing professional, an IT/SAP recruitment specialist, or a fresher looking to start your recruitment career, we have a role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Dice, Ceipal, and other platforms
- Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for IT, Non-IT, Healthcare, and SAP requirements
- Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring teams/clients
- Maintain accurate candidate data and submissions in Ceipal ATS
- Meet recruitment targets, submission goals, and performance metrics
- (SAP-specific) Understand key SAP modules/technologies to support niche IT-SAP hiring
- (Intern-specific) Support end-to-end recruitment activities and maintain recruitment trackers under guidance

Who Should Apply:





- US Recruiters (1-5 yrs): Strong US staffing background, comfortable with US shift timings, remote-ready — Jaipur, Remote
- IT Recruiters – SAP (1-4 yrs): Mandatory SAP recruitment experience — Jaipur, On-site
- Freshers/Interns (MBA-HR or IT background): Good communication skills, eager to learn technical recruitment — Jaipur, On-site

Required Skills:

- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Dice, Ceipal, or similar ATS/sourcing platforms
- Strong communication, follow-up, negotiation, and candidate-closing skills
- Understanding of recruitment/staffing processes (US staffing knowledge a plus for the US role; SAP knowledge mandatory for SAP role)
- Ability to work independently and meet targets

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field (or pursuing/freshers for internship)
- Relevant recruitment/staffing experience per role (see above)
