US Accounting Executive (Freshers Welcome)

Location: Rohini Sector-3, New Delhi (Onsite)

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) 07:30 pm to 04:30 am

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)

About the Role

True Reckoner Advisory Services is looking for ambitious and detail-oriented finance professionals to join our growing US Accounting team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals seeking hands-on exposure to international accounting practices and direct client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, and General Ledger activities

Prepare Financial Statements, MIS Reports, and Management Reports

Support Month-End & Year-End Closures

Work on leading accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, and Wave

Assist in Financial Reporting and Taxation-related assignments





Coordinate directly with international clients and internal teams

Eligibility

B. Com (Hons.), M. Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification

Strong understanding of Accounting & Finance fundamentals

Positive knowledge of MS Excel and Accounting Software

Excellent communication and analytical skills

Preferred

Experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Finance (03 Years)

Exposure to CA Firms, Accounting Firms, or US Accounting processes

Candidates pursuing CA, CMA, CPA, ACCA, or CS
