Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Leader with 10+ years of hands-on and strategic experience to lead our enterprise security program. In this role, you will design robust security architectures, govern risk management frameworks, oversee incident response operations, and align security posture with core business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Security Strategy & Governance: Establish enterprise security policies, risk management programs, and compliance frameworks aligned with NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR standards.
- Architecture & Cloud Security: Design zero-trust security architectures and secure multi-cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Incident Response & Operations: Direct the Security Operations Center (SOC), threat hunting, forensic investigations, and emergency incident response handling.
- Vulnerability & Risk Management: Lead continuous vulnerability identification, remediation, threat intelligence integration, and penetration testing programs.
- DevSecOps Integration: Partner with engineering teams to embed automated security controls and static/agile testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Executive Communication: Deliver risk reporting, threat assessments,



and security posture updates directly to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, scale, and manage a high-performing team of security engineers, analysts, and incident responders.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: 10+ years of progressive IT security experience, including 4+ years in a senior leadership, managerial, or principal architecture capacity.
- Certifications: Active CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or CISA credential.
- Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on experience with SIEM/SOAR platforms (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel), EDR solutions, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and network security controls.
- Cloud Security: Proven expertise configuring native cloud security tools, container security (Kubernetes/Docker), and network segmentation.
- Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing third-party vendor risk management programs and audit defenses.
- Familiarity with automation scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Proven experience overseeing security budgets, tool procurement, and vendor negotiation.
