Experience: 6 Months to 12 Months An international BPO based in Noida is hiring for the US Collections Voice Process. We have immediate openings for Collections Executives.
Any graduate or undergraduate with 6 months to 1 year of relevant international voice or collections experience can apply. Candidates with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
Salary:
Up to Rs. 40,000 CTC per month, plus performance incentives and bonus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling outbound and inbound calls for US-based collections accounts
- Negotiating payment plans and settlements with customers in line with client guidelines
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets
- Maintaining accurate call and account records as per process guidelines
- Ensuring compliance with US collections regulations and client protocols
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in international voice or collections process
- Excellent English communication with a neutral accent
- Comfortable with US shift timings and a target-driven workplace
- Graduate or undergraduate
