Role & responsibilities

- 8-10 years of overall IT experience with 4-6 years of strong hands-on Unqork development experience.

- Lead a team of Unqork developers while remaining actively involved in solution design, development, troubleshooting, and delivery.

- Demonstrate deep expertise in Unqork modules, components, workflows, transforms, data models, administration, and UDLC toolkit.

- Own the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable, and enterprise-grade Unqork applications.

- Create reusable modules, configurable components, and common frameworks to accelerate development and improve consistency.

- Possess strong knowledge of Dynamic Refresh, component interactions, and application performance optimization techniques.

- Conduct thorough code/design reviews and ensure adherence to established development standards, best practices, and governance guidelines.

- Guide developers on solution design, debugging, optimization, and platform best practices through mentorship and technical leadership.

- Have strong experience in App Versioning, release management, environment migration, and deployment best practices.

- Drive data cleanup, data governance, and application maintenance activities across the platform.





- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, integrations, JSON payloads, and third-party system connectivity within Unqork.

- Possess excellent CSS skills and ability to style Unqork components to accurately match Figma designs, prototypes, and branding standards.

- Ensure solutions are built with a focus on performance, responsiveness, scalability, security, and user experience.

- Take ownership of delivery quality, technical decisions, risk identification, estimation, and overall team productivity.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience leading 5-10 member Unqork teams.

- Unqork certification(s).

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.

- Exposure to Banking, Insurance or Financial Services domains.

- Having API development experience in .net or Java

Must-Have Traits: Hands-on, technically robust, detail-oriented, quality focused, mentor mindset, and capable of driving both architecture decisions and day-to-day development activities.
