Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & Visual Designer to create modern, user-friendly digital experiences for our recruitment and background verification brands.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UI/UX design, visual design, branding, and digital graphics, with hands-on experience using Figma and other design tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Design contemporary and responsive corporate website layouts and mobile interfaces using Figma.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and UI designs for websites, forms, and application portals.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences with a focus on usability.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs.
- Create marketing and branding materials including reports, brochures, presentations, banners, social media creatives, and other digital assets.
- Develop digital graphics for online marketing campaigns and brand communication.
- Maintain consistent visual identity, typography, color usage, layouts, and branding standards across platforms.
- Work closely with marketing and business teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Continuously improve existing designs based on user feedback and business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Visual Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.




- Strong portfolio demonstrating website UI, mobile interfaces, branding, and digital creatives.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design software.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles, visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, grids, and design systems.
- Understanding of responsive web and mobile design.
- Ability to create clean, modern, professional, and user-friendly designs.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design requirements.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience designing B2B websites, SaaS platforms, recruitment/HR-tech products, or business applications will be an advantage.
- Candidates with a strong combination of UI/UX + Graphic/Visual Design skills are preferred.
