About the Role

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer with 3–5 years of experience, focused specifically on websites. You'll design corporate websites, marketing sites, and web platforms end to end, from early discovery and information architecture through to production-ready interfaces, working closely with developers, content writers, strategists, and founders.

Most of our tribe are specialists in one craft, but nearly everyone here wears multiple hats. You'll be part of messy whiteboards, healthy debates, and work that moves fast.

We go straight into your work and expect you to walk us through the thinking behind it.
- Websites, specifically. At least 2 live website projects you have personally worked on, designed and launched.
- Depth over polish. Problem framing and design thinking matter more than a pretty grid.
- Expect a couple of detailed conversations with our senior team. We take hiring seriously.

Responsibilities and Requirements

- Designing websites end to end, from information architecture and user flows to wireframes and final UI
- Building and maintaining design systems, components, and responsive layouts across breakpoints
- Working directly with developers, writers, and strategists to take sites from brief to launch
- Working across multiple client projects, from enterprise brands to fast-moving startups
- 3–5 years of hands-on UI/UX experience with a explicit focus on website design
- A minimum of 2+ live websites in your portfolio, launched and in the wild
- Advanced Figma, plus a solid grasp of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems
- Comfort with AI tools in your workflow. We use Claude and others daily
