About The Role

We are seeking a talented Junior Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative individual with 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and UI/UX design. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content tailored for social media, digital advertising, websites, and mobile applications.

The role requires a blend of technical proficiency, creative flair, and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with our marketing and development teams to craft visually appealing and user-centric designs that align with brand guidelines and project objectives. Your contributions will directly impact our digital presence and marketing campaigns, making this an ideal position for someone eager to grow their skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, video editing, and UI/UX. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva is essential. Familiarity with AI-powered design tools like Midjourney, Runway, and Adobe Firefly will be considered a plus.

A strong understanding of current design trends, social media platform specifications, and best practices is required. Candidates should have a creative mindset,



excellent attention to detail, and a passion for visual storytelling.

Experience with motion graphics, animation, and prototyping tools such as Figma (including auto-layout, components, and prototyping features) is highly desirable. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and accessibility standards will be advantageous, as well as familiarity with collaboration tools like Zeplin, Miro, Notion, Jira, and Slack. A portfolio showcasing UI/UX work, including app screens, websites, or case studies, is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Create engaging and high-quality graphics, videos, and motion graphics optimized for various digital platforms including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Edit and enhance videos using professional tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve to produce polished content. Design visually appealing static and animated content utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other graphic design software.

Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance creativity, ensuring innovative and trend-forward designs. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, social media specifications, and platform algorithms to ensure content remains relevant and impactful. Collaborate closely with marketing and social media teams to develop brand-consistent content that resonates with target audiences.

Optimize visual content for different platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to maximize engagement. Experiment with new tools, techniques, and approaches to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of designs.

Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile platforms. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, ensuring a seamless user experience.



Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products.

Work with developers to facilitate accurate design implementation through effective handoff and communication. Develop responsive layouts that are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Conduct basic user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform and refine design solutions.

Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and usability insights. Assist in creating landing pages and micro-sites in collaboration with the marketing team to support various campaigns and initiatives.
