About The Role We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in making complex AI-enabled workflows explicit, usable, and trustworthy. In this position, you will collaborate closely with clients, analysts, and engineers to craft intuitive interfaces for bespoke applications across various industries and use cases.

Your work will directly impact how users interact with AI systems, ensuring that outputs, reviews, exceptions, and approvals are presented in a user-friendly manner. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI projects, shaping the user experience of innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency and decision-making.

Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates should possess between one to three years of UI/UX or product design experience,



with a strong portfolio demonstrating structured problem-solving and polished execution. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar platforms is essential.

A solid understanding of user research methodologies and responsive interface design principles is required, along with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly. Candidates should demonstrate ownership of their work, openness to feedback, and effective remote collaboration skills. Familiarity with designing B2B, enterprise, or data-heavy applications, as well as exposure to AI dashboards or workflow tools, will be advantageous.

A basic understanding of frontend implementation constraints is also beneficial, particularly for those interested in simplifying complex operational tasks without obscuring critical details.

Responsibilities Your primary responsibilities will include understanding user needs, workflows, and decision points through comprehensive research and discovery processes. You will translate these insights into user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design intent.

Designing intuitive interfaces for AI outputs, reviews, exceptions, and approvals will be a core aspect of your role. Additionally, you will create reusable visual patterns to maintain consistency across projects and collaborate closely with engineering teams during the implementation phase to ensure design fidelity.



Conducting usability testing, gathering feedback, and iterating on designs to enhance user experience will be ongoing tasks.
