Role Description The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered interfaces for AppStorys’ products and features. This full-time role is on-site in Noida and involves creating mockups, visual assets, and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate design concepts to product and engineering teams.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting user experience design activities, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, refining flows and interactions based on feedback and data,



and ensuring consistency with brand and design standards. The designer will participate in ideation sessions, contribute to design systems, and work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in visual design and creating high-quality mockups for web and mobile interfaces.
- Proficiency in prototyping tools and workflows to design and test interactive user journeys.
- Experience in user experience design (UED), including interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices.
- Basic understanding of front-end development principles to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Proficiency with up-to-date design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and familiarity with design systems.
- Ability to analyze user behavior, interpret product metrics, and incorporate insights into design decisions.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design rationale to diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
