Role Description The UGC Creator Intern role at PPStack is a full-time remote position focused on producing engaging user-generated-style content that aligns with PPStack’s brand and educational mission. Day-to-day responsibilities include brainstorming and scripting content ideas for short-form videos and social posts, recording and editing UGC-style content, and adapting messages for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

The intern will collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand campaign goals, follow content calendars,



and optimize content based on performance metrics and feedback. Additional tasks may involve basic research on EdTech, AI, and career topics, repurposing existing content into UGC formats, and ensuring that all content is inclusive, accurate, and aligned with PPStack’s tone of voice.

Qualifications

- Strong content creation skills, including scripting, on-camera presence, and basic video editing for short-form and social media content.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and current trends in UGC and creator-driven content.
- Basic research and storytelling abilities to translate complex topics (EdTech, AI, careers) into clear, relatable content.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and consistency in tone and messaging.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Interest in education, technology, and career development; prior experience creating content for personal or brand channels is a plus.
- Comfort using common digital tools for content planning and collaboration (e.g., Google Workspace, project management or social scheduling tools).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in fields such as Media, Communications, Marketing, Design, or related disciplines is beneficial.
