About the RoleWe are looking for a UGC Content Creator who is a master of creativity and understands what makes people stop scrolling, watch, engage, and take action.

You should be comfortable being in front of the camera, creating relatable content, writing/understanding scripts, and editing short-form videos for social media.

This role is ideal for someone who lives on Instagram, understands internet culture, and can turn an idea into engaging content.

What You'll Do

- Create engaging UGC/Reels/Shorts for Instagram, Facebook & YouTube
- Develop creative content ideas based on the brand, audience and current trends
- Understand the target audience and create content that connects with them
- Read and execute scripts naturally and engagingly
- Edit videos with strong hooks, pacing, captions, transitions and storytelling
- Experiment with different formats, hooks and creative concepts
- Create content that feels authentic, relatable and native to social media
- Stay updated with trending Reels, memes, formats, sounds and content styles
- Work with the marketing team to turn campaign objectives into creative content

Must-Have Skills
- Instagram, Facebook & YouTube account/ID with an active presence
- Strong understanding of social media content and audience behaviour
- Excellent creativity and ability to generate fresh content ideas




- Positive video editing skills
- Strong understanding of hooks, scripting and storytelling
- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating UGC-style content
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand what makes content viral, engaging and conversion-focused
- Willingness to experiment and try new creative formats

Who We're Looking ForYou don't need to be a traditional content creator. We want someone who can look at a boring topic and say:

"Wait… I have an idea. Let's make this interesting."

If you naturally notice trends, think in hooks, understand why certain Reels work, and constantly come up with content ideas — we want you.

Compensation₹10,000 - ₹12,000 month

Performance-based growth opportunities can be discussed based on content quality, consistency and results.
