The Two-Wheeler Workshop Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of the motorcycle/scooter service workshop, ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance, customer satisfaction, efficient workshop productivity, and achievement of service and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the two-wheeler workshop and service center.

- Supervise technicians, service advisors, washing staff, and other workshop personnel.

- Allocate repair and maintenance jobs to technicians according to workload and skill level.

- Ensure timely completion and quality inspection of all service and repair jobs.

- Monitor workshop productivity, technician efficiency, job turnaround time, and bay utilization.

- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and provide technical guidance to technicians.

- Ensure proper use and maintenance of workshop tools, equipment, and machinery.

- Monitor spare parts requirements, availability, consumption, and coordination with the parts department.

- Ensure compliance with manufacturer/service standards, safety procedures, and workshop SOPs.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues professionally.

- Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery to customers.

- Monitor workshop revenue, labour sales, spare-parts sales, and overall profitability.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly workshop reports.

- Control workshop expenses, wastage, rework, and unnecessary costs.

- Train and develop technicians and workshop staff to improve technical skills and service quality.





- Maintain proper records of job cards, service history, warranty claims, and workshop documentation.

- Coordinate with the Service Advisor, Spare Parts, Sales, and Customer Relationship teams.

- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and professional standards throughout the workshop.

- Promote customer retention through excellent service quality and timely follow-up.
