- Convey the brand message and benefits of product to retailers
- Implement schemes for retailers to enhance tertiary sales
- Collect consumer feedback from retailers
- Plan and offer schemes to retailers to promote brand

Consumer Relationship Management
- Ensure that billing is done on time
- Ensure that all payments between company, distributor and retailers is settled properly
- Identify the contribution of premium products and styles and predict the demand/market trend through the orders placed by retailers and sharing it with reporting manager
