Experience: 35 Years (Travel, Events Industry or Tourism)
Qualification: Graduate in Tour, Travel, or Event Management (mandatory)
Salary: Salary and Incentive as per Performance
Joining: Immediate Joiners Only
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound sales calls and convert inquiries into bookings
- Generate new business through leads, referrals, online inquiries & marketing activities
- Sell travel packages, flights, hotels, visa, transfers, insurance & other travel services
- Prepare quotations, proposals & customized itineraries
- Build long-term relationships with customers, corporate clients, vendors & partners
- Do field work for client meetings, vendor tie-ups and business development
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Required Skills
- Excellent Sales & Negotiation Skills
- Robust Communication (English & Hindi)
- Lead Generation & Cold Calling
- Customer Handling & Relationship Building
- Quotation & Itinerary Preparation
- Upselling & Cross-selling
- Target Driven & Self Motivated
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of Travel Booking Systems (Sabre/Amadeus/Galileo preferred)
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- CRM Software (Preferred)
- WhatsApp Business
