- Handle customer enquiries for flights and travel services
- Assist customers with flight bookings and travel requirements
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel options




- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings
- Maintain qualified communication with customers
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team performance
