Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant who can independently manage the complete accounting and financial operations of the company.

The candidate should have strong practical experience in accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, payroll, financial reporting, cash-flow management and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Maintain Purchase, Sales, Receipts, Payments, Expenses and Journal entries.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Perform Bank, Customer, Vendor and Ledger reconciliations.
- Handle GST compliance, including GST reconciliation and return preparation/filing.
- Handle TDS/TCS calculations, payments, returns and compliance.
- Manage Payroll processing and salary reconciliation.
- Handle EPF, ESI and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing/payment of applicable statutory obligations.
- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
- Independently handle monthly and year-end closing of accounts.
- Prepare Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports for management.
- Monitor company cash flow, receivables, payables and working capital.
- Prepare budgets and monitor Budget vs Actual performance.
- Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost control.
- Support management with financial analysis and business profitability reports.




- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks and government/statutory authorities.
- Prepare documents and schedules required for statutory and internal audits.
- Ensure proper financial controls and accounting procedures are followed.
- Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure there are no delays or penalties.
- Support management in improving accounting and financial processes.

Candidate Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent accounting qualification.
- CA Inter / CMA Inter candidates will be preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, EPF, ESI, Payroll and statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and finalization of accounts.
- Experience preparing P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS reports.
- Strong understanding of cash-flow and financial control.
- Good knowledge of Zoho Books and/or Tally Prime.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to independently manage the company's accounting function.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidates with experience independently handling the accounts of a Private Limited Company and coordinating directly with CA/auditors will be given preference.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
