We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Laptop Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various laptop models and brands. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

· Diagnose hardware and software issues in laptops and other related devices.

· Perform repairs, replacements, and upgrades of laptop components (e.g., hard drives, RAM, motherboards, screens, batteries).

· Install and configure software, operating systems, and device drivers.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers in a timely manner.

· Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and work performed.

· Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in laptop technology.

· Communicate effectively with clients to explain repairs and provide technical advice.

· Ensure proper handling of customer data and maintain privacy and confidentiality.

· Collaborate with other team members and escalate complex issues as needed.

· Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

· Proven experience as a Laptop Repair Technician, IT Technician, or similar role.





· Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing laptop hardware and software issues.

· Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).

· Knowledge of common laptop brands such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple, Acer, etc.

· Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

· Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, IT Support Specialist) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Experience with data recovery and virus/malware removal.

· Ability to perform complex repairs, such as motherboard soldering and component-level diagnostics.

· Experience in a retail or repair shop environment.

Other information

Working days: Monday – Saturday (6 days) Day shift- 9:30AM – 6:30PM

Location: Gurgaon, Sohna Road

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Gurgaon H.O, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
