We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Expert – Holiday Sales to join our team in Gurgaon.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the Tour & Travel industry and a strong interest in travel, holiday packages and customer sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries for domestic and international holiday packages
- Understand customer travel requirements, preferences and budgets
- Design and recommend customized holiday packages
- Prepare itineraries and travel quotations
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers and other travel partners
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Maintain customer and lead information in CRM




- Build robust relationships with customers and encourage repeat business/referrals

Candidate Requirements: 0–5 years of experience in Tour & Travel / Travel & Tourism industry

Freshers with strong communication and a passion for travel may also apply

Experience in holiday/package sales will be an advantage

Good knowledge of domestic and/or international destinations

Excellent communication and customer-handling skills

Strong sales, negotiation and convincing abilities

Good follow-up skills and target-oriented approach

Ability to create customized travel itineraries and packages

Comfortable working in a quick-paced travel-sales environment

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
