Role Description The Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka. The role involves advising clients on travel options, crafting customized itineraries, and managing bookings for flights, hotels, and other travel services.

The Travel

Consultant will handle reservations, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure accurate documentation and confirmations. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing high-quality customer service, resolving travel-related issues,



and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of destinations, travel regulations, and promotions. The role also requires close collaboration with vendors and internal team members to deliver seamless travel experiences.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations.
- Candidates should demonstrate excellent Customer Service and client relationship skills.
- Candidates should have solid communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of travel booking tools, GDS or online reservation platforms is beneficial.
- Prior experience in a travel agency or corporate travel workplace is an advantage.
