Role Description This is a full-time Travel Consultant role based in Jaipur, offered as a hybrid position with some flexibility for work-from-home.

The Travel

Consultant will design customized itineraries for couples and families, including luxury honeymoon packages, romantic getaways, and premium family vacations. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client preferences and budgets, recommending destinations and properties, creating detailed travel plans, and managing bookings for flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities. The role involves coordinating with hotels, local partners, and service providers to ensure smooth experiences, along with handling changes, special requests, and travel-related queries.

The Travel





Consultant will also provide ongoing customer support before, during, and after trips, maintain accurate records in booking systems, and contribute to improving travel products and processes.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Travel Consulting, with the ability to understand client needs and craft tailored itineraries.
- Experience in Travel Management and Travel Arrangements, including end-to-end planning for domestic and international trips.
- Destination knowledge of India and South Asia is must
- Proficiency in handling Reservations and booking systems for flights, hotels, and ground services.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and clear communication.
- Solid knowledge of popular honeymoon, couple getaway, and family vacation destinations and travel trends.
- Ability to manage multiple client requests, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with using travel and CRM software, online research tools, and standard office applications.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
- Work from office , 5 days a week.
- Relocation to Jaipur, Rajasthan is a must.
