Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer leads for Domestic & International Holiday Packages.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, travel dates and preferences.
- Prepare customized itineraries and competitive quotations.
- Sell flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas, transfers, sightseeing and travel insurance.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, transporters, DMCs and other suppliers.
- Handle booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations and customer queries.
- Maintain proper follow-up and update lead/booking status.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer service.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
