From group & customized international and domestic holidays to unique experiences and carefully planned itineraries, we believe travel should feel effortless, seamless and personal. We pay attention to the details, from itinerary planning and bookings to on-ground coordination, so our clients can simply enjoy the journey.
We are looking for someone who shares this approach and enjoys being involved in both the creative and operational side of travel .
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle GIT & FIT queries and create travel itineraries & proposals*
- Track bookings and upcoming tours
- Coordinate with hotels and suppliers
- Manage social media updates*
- Create basic Canva posts, reels and stories
- Assist with daily travel operations
- Keep travel details and documents organised
What We’re Looking For
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint*
- Basic understanding of the travel and tourism industry*
- Good Canva and itinerary-making skills*
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Excellent organisational and attention-to-detail skills
Who Would Be a Good Fit? Someone who enjoys travel, planning, problem-solving and getting things done .
You don't need to know everything on day one—but you should be curious, responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
