About Solopackers

Solopackers is a revolutionary social travel platform designed to connect solo travelers with like-minded companions and offer curated travel packages. We are looking for a highly motivated trip specialist to join our core team, starting off as an intern and play a vital role in building the future of solo travel.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop detailed travel itineraries

- Sell travel packages to all the enquiries that you get

- Coordinate all aspects of the trips, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and local experiences.

- Ensure smooth execution of planned trips, handling any issues that arise.

- Provide exceptional customer support to travelers before, during, and after their trips.

- Conduct research to identify new travel trends, destinations, and activities that can be incorporated into future travel packages.





- Gather feedback from travelers to continually improve and refine travel packages and services.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.

- Passion for travel and a deep understanding of popular travel destinations and experiences.

- Strong selling skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations with ease.

- Previous experience in travel planning, customer service, or group management is a plus.
