Role Description The Translation Project Manager (Delivery Management) is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of translation projects on Lekhak.app. This role involves scoping new translation requests, setting timelines, and coordinating with internal teams and language specialists to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

The Translation Project

Manager monitors project progress, manages priorities and escalations, and implements quality checks to maintain high translation standards. Day-to-day tasks include managing client communication, clarifying requirements, providing status updates, and ensuring that customer expectations are met or exceeded.



The role also includes collecting feedback, identifying process improvements, and supporting the optimization of workflows within the platform.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions and clearly convey requirements and updates.
- Candidates should possess Translation and Quality Assurance skills to review outputs, identify issues, and ensure linguistic and technical accuracy.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple translation projects on schedule.
- Candidates should have familiarity with AI-driven or digital translation tools and an interest in language technology and workflow optimization.
- Candidates should have the ability to work independently in a remote setting, with robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A background in linguistics, translation, localization, or related fields, and experience working with multilingual content or international clients are beneficial.
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional Indian or global language is an advantage.
